 A-WOL, Dance Wire, The Circus Project

In response to how the Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the operations of performing arts organizations, Teresa was hired to conduct a financial analysis to help organizations understand their viability and financial pulse of the organization. A-WOL Dance Collective participated in this program, in partnership with Dance Wire, as did The Circus Project.

 CHALLENGE    Each organization had a similar question - how to keep track of the moving target their finances presented during a devastating pandemic.

​

 RECOMMENDATIONS   Teresa Koberstein analyzed historical financial data and created simple financial dashboards to help organizations understand the moving target of their financial position. These snapshots were used to efficiently share financial information with board members, keeping them in the loop during the turbulence.
